Have you ever known someone who could see around the next corner … see trends forming before others do? What would you have given to know that Google wouldbecome the giant it now is or that YouTube would be sopervasive?

I wish I could say that everyone on Team ExSite is a person of integrity and character. I wish to God that were true of all men and women we have on this great Team. But it just isn’t true of all people and we are a Team comprised of people. Fortunately, as bad things happen in life, people show their true colors, and events in recent days have exposed some on the Team for what they are.

As a founding member and Board Member at Team ExSite, and one with a history associated with our Leader/Mentor/Team Owner, Linda Helin Tangarone, I can attest that she IS a person of character and integrity. In proof of that, she has had only good things to say about one of our Board Members who recently chose to leave us and make his bed by spreading falsehoods, misunderstanding, and misconceptions about her.  She is NOT a Co-Owner of New Destiny 800, she has not misappropriated any monies, and she has given up most of her personals to the Team Build we are doing as a Team with ND800.

People who join our Team are asked to opt in to the Team build by signing agreements to our Terms or simply don’t join the Team Build. We have a Pay It Forward strategy that is working and will work if it is given a chance. New Destiny 800 had only been open in pre-launch for a week when the person in question bailed. His accusations had enough truth to them to convince some on our Team to follow him and make a lot of noise, but as any Leader who has been in pre-launch of a site knows, these things are taken care of in pre-launch. The purpose of a pre-launch is to take a trial run and work out the bugs and kinks. We at Team ExSite have been and are “exsited” to be a part of this awesome opportunity and we are seeing the fruits of our labor unfold as we were promised. It is not an over night thing and never will be. Do not be fooled, those who chose to leave us are going to be the butt of Team ExSite jokes for days and months to come (not that we will be remembering except to know that they will soon wish they had stuck it out).
Pre-launch can be trying and difficult, very frustrating… but it has its place and expecting perfetion then is unrealistic.  Patrick, Owner of New Destiny 800 told us very clearly that we would not be able to access all the functions until bugs were worked out, and making false accusations against him have been unfair.  He has  gone the extra mile and bent over backwards to accomodate  Team ExSite and anyone saying otherwise may be open to civil, if not criminal, charges for slander and false reports.

I thank you for visiting my Blog and watching the videos posted here about the awesome Team Build and Business Opportunity we are bringing to people who have been scammed and mistreated. Team ExSite gets stronger every time we face adversity because we are founded on treating people right… and we are building with the right people.  Those who won’t give us time to prove what we say, are the losers in this game… as time will bear out the facts of the matter.

We’ve all seen the ads from the gurus and their minion promoting biz opps by promising spill over.  Are they intentional lies or just half truths?  What is the difference, spill over that doesn’t do what was implied has the same result, lie or no lie.

Almost every program with an income opportunity attached has a qualification requirement.  Simply stated, most of them say sponsor two personals and you qualify.  This means those two must use your link to sign up and pay in for you to be qualified to earn.

Let’s face is.  Statistically, the average person just isn’t qualified to earn.  They can run down the program and the admin all they want to but when requirements aren’t met, personal failure can not be blamed on the program or its admin entirely.  I know some programs are scams that don’t deliver but I have heard some good programs and admins slammed because someone failed to qualify for earnings to be paid.

Likewise, promised spill over has no effect because spill passes you by when you aren’t qualified.  The implication usually made and not always honored is that the spill will qualify you.  But unless the program is force filled or set up as a Team build, that doesn’t usually happen.

MLM_Global Support Team is currently doing such a Team build.  We do not use individual links.  Everyone who participates in the Team build promotes a single team link associated with an opt in page.  As info is collected, people who opt in are contacted to join us on Skype and further commit to the Team by completing a survey and choosing their entry level.  We have a Feeder we use at Feed Any Program to help with funding and also offer other options for each program we join and promote as a Team.

This will keep the cycling going and as they cycle payment will be made for the next group of optins who agree to pay $67.00 … the cycle repeats and the next group of buy ins pay $ 34.00, and the last group will be fully funded as they build up sweat equity for the Team.

Spillover is happening in this MLM_Global Team build as we pay it forward and commit to promote the Team link as a Team.  Moreover, the Team has reserved three of its top positions for Team use to buy advertising and do more buy ins.

The thing about spill over is you may have to be qualified for it to benefit you.  If that is the case and you aren’t, you will do just as well not getting any. The result will be the same.  If someone uses their spill down (ie. spill over) to qualify a downline, then that will help you, but then a new issue arises.  How deep are you in the matrix or pay structure.  Depending on how placement is made and where you are, you probably will not see enough people reassigned by spill to help you significantly.

I was in  another team build once where the leader let it slip that we needed to have 42 people under us to break even, which explained why I wasn’t making any money.  In that same business, when I had my two personals I did break even and even earned a little money to boot.

Bottom line… don’t join a program based on promises of spill over. If you do happen to get any that is fine.  Just don’t base your decision on that prospect alone, expecting to win with it.

Profile of the Internet Marketer Phase One: Part One

Well…I had a restless night so I decided to get an early start on the day. I kept thinking about a new article for my Blog.

My Residual Team is involved for almost a week now in a new Team Build at SalesXplosion. And we are Leaders positioned under some of the ‘big cheeses’ on the Internet, so we are at the very top of this rotating matrix with a revolutionary payplan.

Having been online for awhile but still a newby in terms of results, I have tried lots of programs referred to as home based business which use a matrix for their payplan. And I have made a few bucks here and there but nothing life changing.

So as I think about this, and information shared with me the last few days by my Mentor I have a question for us to consider: “Just what does it take to be successful with a matrix?” More specifically, “If you are struggling with getting your 2, how do you propose to get 39?”

Let’s dissect that last question a little bit. Most of the Matrices out
there have an earning requirement which follows a scenario of “get two who get two”. And if this were a perfect world that scenario would work like a charm and be easy to do, which is exactly what all the hype out there is telling you.

But, since the internet world is based in the real world, the fallen (sinful) condition reigning here reigns there as well. Sinful men commit sin… no exceptions. However, sin and the immorality it breeds has a solution and does not need to control your business.

That is as ‘preachy’ as I will be here. It gives us a foundation to understand the absolutes that are relative to the human experience. That said, nobody gets two who get two who get two and so on down the line. This post will examine what typically happens.

MY Residual Team is Mentored by the Owners and some Team Leaders who are constantly driving home the point that there must be a time commitment backed by hard consistent effort, referred to as “consistency and persistence”. One of the challenges we face is taking a program hopper and converting him/her into a committed Team Member with roots that can grow.

Make no mistake about it, My Residual Team is the real deal. And there may be some other Teams out there that are as well. But in my experience, ‘Team’ and ‘Teamwork’ are just words that are popular and attractive in this great push towards Attraction Marketing. So are the overused and under rated words ‘Mentor’ and Coach’. But that is another subject for another day.

What we see at My Residual Team is people who are struggling to ‘recruit’ and who have a poor understanding of what it means to ’sponsor’ (two more abused words). MRT seems to attract such individuals with our brand of marketing, because we are out front with the solution to their problems. When they join a business opportunity listed in our Team Portfolio, that qualifies them for free training in our Team Skype Room.

But sad to say, tragedy among tragedies, before they ever get involved in what we are offering them, many of those ‘recruits’ take off
chasing more pipe dreams and hype without giving us opportunity to show them what sponsorship is all about. Since they do not get a taste of what we have to offer, they join another ‘team’ or business opportunity and go chasing the treasure at the end of the rainbow.

Back to the subject line… why is it that most people HAVE, and WILL never, see any real results from a matrix? To use another abused term, why don’t they see ’spillover’. My Mentor is quick to cull ads using the word ’spillover’. But in its proper context here, I believe she will be okay with me using the term.

The real fact of the matter is, most people will never see any spillover occur, for the same reason that My Residual Team loses members before thay get started. Getting two who get two to infinity is a myth. We constantly enroll new members who are in somebody’s two, but who drop out and cancel their subscription, sometimes even before their 3o days are up.
Just yesterday we had a couple of people drop out of a $ 5.00 monthly program, presumably because they hadn’t seen any spill, and the program isn’t even 30 days old yet.

Maybe that is to be expected considering economic conditions and the fact that some of our Team programs, which are all optional by the way, have monthly fees in the $ 50.00+ range. But to think that you can join a program and promote it no more than the average working person is able to promote, given time constraints imposed by family and job and get ’spillover’ the first 30 days, is almost insane. And
by definition, leaving this Team and business opportunity for another, “doing the same thing and expecting a different result” is part of the insanity that is driving the hype and scams all around us.

Working with a Team provides the mechanics for getting two who will stay with you, and if that is truly duplicated the 2×2 concept can materialize. But for that to happen someone must get your attention long enough to make you understand what constitutes failure and success and get a
commitment to Team. When you know that in an opportunity like SalesXplosion, although you can make money without recruiting, you will have to be positioned under someone who knows how to bring people in and retain them. You will also need to add your efforts to the Team effort for the plan to continue, because attrition demands a pipeline to replace it. And you will need to know that for you to max out the pay plan ‘it takes a village’.

Teamwork can accept the challenge and meet the need better than individual excellence. Don’t let some of the self seeking gurus out there fool you into thinking that if you just sign up you will make money. People drop out when they don’t make money and you need to make sure you are positioned and supported enough that you are not one of them.

This is much longer than I had originally intended and there is more to say. So until we meet again, come join us, but do more than sign up.
Consistency and persistence… commitment over time, will pay off given the efforts of many and a residual income opportunity. We have both.

Have you ever noticed that people who build a List don’t just have one List. They develop multiple Lists because they are promoting more than one thing.

I remember the old days when email marketing followed an approach radically different from that of today. There are still a few who try to sell multiple offers in one email, but over the years the online evolution has moved away from that model. Now it is taboo to pitch more than one thing in an ad. But then it was not unusual to have ten to twenty links posted down the page like an email buffet line.

Spam complaints has led to some of the change. Getting on a list of someone who sold movies only to be pitched some kind of vitamin deal made people complain that they did not opt-in to be pitched on that other deal. So marketers have developed separate lists to minimize the risk of being shut down.

Of course, once you have developed a List and built a relationship of like and trust with those people, you can introduce them to more products and opportunities. It just would not be too wise until the development and building phases have time to establish your relationship with your list. Besides spam complaints, another risk associated with such a tactic would be having your customer base opt out.

Not only do smart marketers have multiple lists; many of them also have multiple business opportunities. It just isn’t smart to put all your eggs into one basket. Having multiple business opportunities opens the door for those list owners to actually own multiple business opportunity sites.

As you know from reading this Blog, I have joined forces with a My Residual Teamand one of the great things about this Team is the fact that we are being trained how to build a list. Training on making that list targeted to your own interests has led us to start multiple lists. And encouragement and coaching from our Million Dollar Mentor has helped some of us — the ones who are experienced and advanced enough to handle the task… and the ones who want to own their own business and build their own Team — on the road to successful entrepreneurship.

To that end, I will soon be announcing the launch of my own Text Ad Exchange. This will further brand me, My Residual Team, and my Mentor, Gina Sprenkle. With a 97% to 99% Failure Rate on the Internet, I do not think I would be wrong if I said, “There is a whole lot of people experiencing frustration and failure.”  In fact, I can say myself, “Been there, done that!”  I can also say, most of the people I talk to are still looking for something they haven’t found yet or didn’t recognize when they found it.

MyResidualTeam has a very good thing going on for those willing and able to put aside personal pursuits and make a commitment to Team.  Of course, for many including myself,  personal pursuit is one and the same with the Team commitment.  Why? Because I have tried it alone and nothing worked for me.

With that in mind, and realizing that there are a  lot of people out there looking for a change in their status quo, MyResidualTeam is working on a project that will be so cheap and so valuable that no one can say no.  This is not the same biz opp as YCSN, which is a part of our Team portfolio. The name will not be shared until the site is ready, but it is based on the 2×2 concept which is so predominant in many online businesses.

The model is ideal for a Team Build.  Using the get two who get two business model is simple and understandable… not to mention powerful.  When done the way we want to do  it, MRT can join any business using that or a similar business model and instantly be in profit.  Think about it, if the product is something everyone needs and can use, and the price point is so low everyone can afford it, it should be easy to get two commitments.  And what is easy for you should be easy for the next person.  So when you have a Team of  hundreds or thousands committed prior to the launch of a company, it just becomes a matter of signing up and paying and the money starts to flow.

One of the advantages of being on My Residual Team (MRT) is the fact that as an acclaimed, world class marketer, Gina Sprenkle is invited to participate in projects before they officially launch. This means insider information, which is illegal in some industries, like trading stocks or banking for instance.  Buying or selling based on insider tips and knowledge can be very profitable and when there are strong regulations in place like those two industries have, you could spend the balance of your days in jail for giving someone an advantage.

The typical internet business is not  so regulated and MRT is privy to information Gina can provide based on her contacts with others and her vast experience as a six figure earner in the industry since 1997.  She knows the people, she knows pay plans, she knows who pays and who takes your money and runs, she knows how to advertise and get results, she knows how to share and build up people on her Team.

Usually there is a pre-enrollment period where the Team registers people without spilling the beans.  There is a lot of mystique and secrecy involved as the public is not allowed to join. They can pre-register but they can not share personal links with anyone yet.  There is a sense of urgency involved by inviting people to join you as a leader…be the first in a sweet spot position close to the top before the masses come on board.

The benefits to the Team seem obvious.  As someone with insider information we know what is coming.  And we can use the desire people have to know something before it is released to everybody else, coupled with their natural fear that if they don’t go ahead and act they will be left behind to pre-build a business and be at a break even or profit level when launch takes place.  There is a strong appeal created and people end up joining you without really even knowing what they are getting into.

This is Attraction Marketing at its best.  You don’t need to sell anything.  All you do is share information like “I can’t tell you much but you really need to get in this thing.”

In a bad economy like we are in now, when people are being laid off and cut back and having to do without or get another job, we have a solution to their problem.  We can meet their needs and literally come to their rescue.

My Residual Team has a Blueprint and it is working.  All we need to do is find those people who need and are looking for what we have and offer it to them. Some of them will join and some won’t.  Making friends and leading them to the money will serve us all well and is a win /win for all who take action and do the work.  Teamwork works when the Team works.

When the pre-launch is private and no link can be used in promotions, our Team uses private contact to pre-build the opportunity.   Generic ads are used promoting the Team and prospects are invited to contact us using Skype,  Help Desk, email links, or generic lead capture pages.  When  an interview results in someone joining the Team, then the Team Leaders supply the join link.
