Mark Moffett

Mark Moffett is my name and I live in rural South Central Mississippi. I was reared in  Laurel, Mississippi where I attended Church at Highland Baptist and school in the City School System. I always said I would not live in Laurel when I reached adulthood and guess what?  I don’t…but I do live within 16 miles and prefer country living to the city.

Following High School I went to College in Clinton, just outside of Jackson, studying for the ministry. While still a Senior at Mississippi College, I was hired as Assistant to the Chaplain at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, and continued my studies at MC and Reformed Theological Seminary. Following some life experiences, I left the ministry and moved back home.

I never had a career and wonder how bored I would be had I gone to Law School or Medical School and gotten locked into a 30 year plan.  Too many professional people I talk to feel trapped in their chosen careers and don’t seem to understand there is a better plan.  My various occupations as a Realtor for 8 years, Counselor for 10 years, Insurance Agent and Securities Dealer for approximately 4 years, Pre-Owned Auto Dealer for about 5 years, and Route Salesman (Vending and Dry Goods Wholesaler) for 5 years have been accented by experience doing MLM off and on for 35 years. I feel this varied work experience has provided a perspective that enriches my internet presence.

I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, coming from an understanding of contrast between working for “the man” and being self employed. Most of my work history has been from the self-employment side and the ‘freedom’ there is less restrained  than the servitude mentality of a J.O.B.  But, I have never had the degree of time freedom and financial independence that is in my GPT model of MLM. In short, I am leaving the 97 percenters and moving into the top 3 percent of MLMers.

My interests include online business, out door sports, family activities, church and self- development.  I am also interested in Theological Study and Discussion, Health/Alternative Medical Remedies, and Personal Sovereignty/Living Free/Patriot Issues and Concerns which I post on my non-politically correct Blog.

I am married X 34 years to the same Lady and have 3 children, 2 of whom are in High School. The elder son is married and has given me 3 grandchildren and is employed as a Nurse Practitioner.

Schools I’ve attended

I graduated RH Watkins High School, having come up through the Laurel City School System. Following Graduation I went to Jones Junior College for the summer and then enrolled in the Fall of 1968 at Mississippi College where I spent the next 6 years getting my BA and MEd. I also spent approximately 2 years at Reformed Theological Seminary.
