Marketing To An Event

As owner/founder of TheRiteBiz Team, I have been on more than a few “Teams” the past few years and I can truthfully say, in my own experience, there is no Team like MyResidualTeam. The Uniqueness of MyResidualTeam is multi-faceted. Starting with our Mentor, Gina Sprenkle, and filtering down to the newest member, we are a group of serious minded individuals seeking to improve and change lives, beginning with our own. We are encouraged to build our personal Team within the My Residual Team framework, complete with branding and funneling and the MRT vehicle driving the bus lends strength to the process.

One of the advantages of being on My Residual Team (MRT) is the fact that as an acclaimed, world class marketer, Gina Sprenkle is invited to participate in projects before they officially launch. This means insider information, which is illegal in some industries, like trading stocks or banking for instance. Buying or selling based on insider tips and knowledge can be very profitable and when there are strong regulations in place like those two industries have, you could spend the balance of your days in jail for giving someone an advantage.

The typical internet business is not so regulated and MRT is privy to information Gina can provide based on her contacts with others and her vast experience as a six figure earner in the industry since 1997. She knows the people, she knows pay plans, she knows who pays and who takes your money and runs, she knows how to advertise and get results, she knows how to share and build up people on her Team.

When Gina and her Team Leaders decide to move on a new opportunity, they can literally bring the Team in and put us in profit reasonably quickly. Their strategy is to prepare the Team by coaching us on how to advertise and meet new people, how to enlist a few key players who will follow us into the new program and build under them. Not all programs allow for us to build as a Team but those that are structured for a Team build by promoting one link and stacking people under us in order of their enrollment make for a lot of fun.

Usually there is a pre-enrollment period where the Team registers people without spilling the beans. There is a lot of mystique and secrecy involved as the public is not allowed to join. They can pre-register but they can not share personal links with anyone yet. There is a sense of urgency involved by inviting people to join you as a leader…be the first in a sweet spot position close to the top before the masses come on board.

The benefits to the Team seem obvious. As someone with insider information we know what is coming. And we can use the desire people have to know something before it is released to everybody else, coupled with their natural fear that if they don’t go ahead and act they will be left behind to pre-build a business and be at a break even or profit level when launch takes place. There is a strong appeal created and people end up joining you without really even knowing what they are getting into.

This is Attraction Marketing at its best. You don’t need to sell anything. All you do is share information like “I can’t tell you much but you really need to get in this thing.”

In a bad economy like we are in now, when people are being laid off and cut back and having to do without or get another job, we have a solution to their problem. We can meet their needs and literally come to their rescue.

My Residual Team has a Blueprint and it is working. All we need to do is find those people who need and are looking for what we have and offer it to them. Some of them will join and some won’t. Making friends and leading them to the money will serve us all well and is a win /win for all who take action and do the work. Teamwork works when the Team works.

When the pre-launch is private and no link can be used in promotions, our Team uses private contact to pre-build the opportunity. Generic ads are used promoting the Team and prospects are invited to contact us using Skype, Help Desk, email links, or generic lead capture pages. When an interview results in someone joining the Team, then the Team Leaders supply the join link.
