Posted all over the “www” are ads attesting to the fact that many people are struggling online, trying to understand what is missing or what more is needed to be successful online. Many people have quit after years of trying while myriads more have been trying to work from home online for years without making a dime and are just too stubborn to quit. I am among them. There is even a well known definition circulating for internet insanity… ie. doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

Teamwork is a frequently used term, the meaning of which is infrequently found in the internet community. Far too many people seem locked in on what-is-in-it-for-me. With thousands of social sites and business specific groups on those sites, and countless ads claiming to “work as a team”, “build downlines together”, and “mentor you for free”, you would expect Teamwork to be a common experience. But my own experience with joining Teams has been one of failure to deliver on the promises. Teamwork for most is just a word; not a common experience.
